Our Site Survey and Design Process
Step 1: Drone Based Site Survey
We perform a full site survey using a drone and ScanIFly, an advanced mapping program that creates a highly detailed 3D model of your roof. This survey is accurate to within 1 inch, allowing us to capture every detail of your property.

We can see roof vents, tile layout, ridges, slopes, angles, and obstructions that standard satellite images often miss. This level of detail sets the foundation for a better system design.
Step 2: Precision System Design
Using the ScanIFly model, our design team places panels based on your actual roof geometry, not assumptions. This allows us to optimize layout, avoid obstructions, and design a system that fits cleanly and efficiently.

Because shading, roof pitch, and panel orientation are all modeled accurately, the production numbers we provide are more realistic and easier to trust.
